On the machine presented pipes with small and large diameters can be worked.

Any type of pipe fitting can be automatically mounted. Adapting the sleeve connection on the rubber grip makes possible even fittings of complex form. The machine is totally automatic and applies the trademark of the sleeves as specified by the client.

 

The pipe is fed from an unwinding reel and an electrical cutter, the cut is made automatically at the requested length and held against the obstruction of the pipe fitting.

All stopping alarm messages are prominently shown on the operator’s interface monitor where the production jobs are programmed and important production statistics are displayed.

 

The images and video show in detail the line, the chain and intermediate transverse (which represents the conveyer belt), the electronic cutter and the supervisor interface on touch screen monitor.
