Automatic handling of components with six axis robots
The system consists of two six axis robots loaded with manifolds for hot water heating withdrawn from unrefined material storage and carried on the work transfer belt.
The second robot executes the unloading of the piece to be worked from the transfer belt and deposits it on a machine for deburring and refrigerant drying.
Finally a pick-and-place manipulator removes the clean and completed manifold from the machine and carries it to a flipping machine which deposits the pieces on a conveyer belt.
The operators charged with unrefined material storage and with the finished product conveyor belt are in the same position and the configuration of transports is such that it renders the same operations very easy.
From 2 to 13 pieces can be manipulated with a maximum weight upon exit of about 4 Kg (about 8.2 lbs).
