Thermostatic valves assembly lines
These lines are used in order to assemble thermostatic valves for hydro-thermal field.
The image below shows an automatic loading system for heating system components with four-axis (scara) robot and three conveyer belts; also the unloading of empty boxes is fully automatic.
The following image shows the details of a loading system for valve bodies with four-axis (scara) robot managed by a vision system.
Descripted lines can be controlled, assisted and eventually upgraded remotely through an internet connection thanks to remote assistance and/or remote video assistance services: the picture shows the videocamera connected with the codec in wifi mode.
